About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You'll be working on our core queue management platform, building features that are used by thousands of businesses worldwide to serve millions of customers every day.

This is a critical role where you'll have significant impact on product architecture, technical decisions, and the overall direction of our platform. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features that delight our customers.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Laravel and modern PHP practices
• Build responsive, performant frontend applications with Vue.js and modern JavaScript
• Architect and optimize database schemas for high-performance MySQL/PostgreSQL systems
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following industry best practices
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture and standards
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning
• Help scale our infrastructure to support growing customer demand

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel framework preferred) and modern backend development
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue.js or React
• Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with RESTful API design and development
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team

Bonus Points:

• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience in queue management, scheduling, or related domains
